Also: I think I figured out what went wrong with the forest door there - basically, when you are playing around with created map16 like that, with forground and background tiles, you have to make each of these tiles act like another tile - usually either the cement block or emptiness. What I think happened is that these tiles for some reason use a non-standard tile to imitate 'solid' - now this worked in how Senjan had the level in his own rom, but when it was transfered over to the smwcp base -rom, the map16 was different in some way, and while it used to point to something 'solid', said solid object was now pass-through.
