THAT’S WHY DEPUTY KELLY ENDRICKS IS BEING CALLED A HERO. HE ARRIVED AT THE SCENE JUST IN TIME TO PULL THE DRIVER, 63 YEAR OLD EDWARD WHALEN, TO SAFETY.
