 ***TRACK RESULTS*** The Cornell girls track team had a good showing at the Union Invitational on Friday, led by Karissa Lee. Karissa tied for 2nd in the 100 meter hurdles with a school record time of 16.20 seconds. She also took 4th in the long jump with a distance of 15' 1/4". Marie Walker took a 4th in the shot put with a school record throw of 30' 1 1/4 '. On Saturday Brian Whitling had three outstanding performances at the same meet, by scoring 20 points by taking a first place in the 3200, 2nd in the 1600, and led the 4X800 relay to a 3rd place finish along with Steven Hunt, Miele Hatcher and Langston Sanders. Mark Rucker placed 4th in the 110 meter hurdles, while Malik King tied for 4th in the 300 hurdles. The 4X100 meter relay of Malik King, Royce Tipper, Mark Rucker and BJ Lipke placed 4th, and the 4X400 relay of BJ Lipke, Malik King, Royce Tipper and Ron Borne also took a 4th in their event. ***TALENT SHOW*** Sign-ups in the offices ***PROM*** Tickets are now available!
