Virgil’s dad reaches ultra-cool status when his NBA friend, SHAQUILLE O'NEAL (in his first animated guest appearance), comes to Dakota.  Unfortunately, Shaq's schedule has been overbooked, leaving Virgil and Shaquille no time to play some one-on-one basketball. Complicating matters further, the dastardly Ruffpac, a metahuman gang, have locked onto Static's scent and are tracking him all over town. As Virgil tries to find some time alone with Shaq, will the metahumans expose his Static identity to his superstar hero...and the rest of the world?
