Thirty-two teams take to the court rallying for the same cause. Teams are playing throughout the weekend. Organizers of the event say they expect to make 5-thousand dollars. All the money will go to victims of domestic violence and sexual assualt. andamp;quot; Its very important. Thats how we serve victims is through donations and fundraisers in order to help them find housing or move out of if their in an abusive relationship.andamp;quot; says Heidi Leingang/Abused Adult Resource Center. Leingang says domestic violence and andamp;lt;a href=andamp;quot; class=andamp;quot;kxInlineLinkandamp;quot;andamp;gt;sexual assaultandamp;lt;/aandamp;gt; are problems that every state faces. andamp;quot;Locally we serve seven counties and last year we had over 11-thousand contacts. Our shelter is consistently full. We have to put those people on the floor a lot of times. One in four women will be in a violent relationship in their lifetime and one in four women will be sexually assaulted as well.
