In the second part of a review of British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s ten years in office, Mr. Beale talked about the prime minister's domestic and foreign policy and his relationship with President George W. Bush. Mr. Blair is expected to step down in the coming year. His legacy will include events such as the Northern Ireland peace process, the British reaction to the September 11 attacks on the U.S., and the House of Commons vote for military action against Iraq. Mr. Beale also talked about Chancellor Gordon Brown as a possible successor to Prime Minister Blair.   Video clips were shown of the prime minister's speech to a joint session of the U.S. Congress, news conferences, and the House of Commons Iraq war debate.
