Defense attorney Lisbeth Fryer’s double jeopardy request was turned down by Chief Judge Belvin Perry and he sentenced Casey Anthony for lying to police, giving her four years in jail and $4,000 fine with credit for the time already served since 2008. A hearing is scheduled for Aug. 25 on repaying of investigation costs.
