Its a shocking incident from Bihar’s hinterland. Senior JD (U) leader Shambhu Sharan misusing his powers to brutally assault a 19 year old boy. In the visuals you can see how Sharan uses a stick to hit Ramesh Mahto on his feet and back. Then the boy's feet are tied to a bamboo stick and he is mercilessly beaten up again. But that's not all...the Leader then invites other bystanders to do their bit in assaulting the boy. Sharan has now surrendered in a police station.
