Six parties decisions will end deadlock- Maoists, NC, UML and three Madhes based parties, but they have failed to make proper decision. The present deadlock is seen due to leaders vested interests. The leaders have not lived up to their responsibilities and have not made proper decisions. Parliament failed to elect PM as UML stayed neutral in the PM election. UML should not have stuck to this stance.
