The father of murdered teen Kimberly Proctor says her killers should be put to death. The 18-year old girl was savagely murdered by her peers who will soon be sent to adult prisons. Kruse Wellwood will mark his eighteenth birthday with a transfer from youth detention to a maximum security adult prison next January. Cameron Moffat is being transferred immediately to an adult facility. Fred Proctor feels Kimberly’s killers shouldn't be jailed. Proctor adds he believes Wellwood and Moffat cannot be treated and will never be safe in the community no matter what programs they take in prison. The grieving father believes the young men deserve long, show and horrific deaths just like the one his daughter torturously endured. Kimberly Proctor was lured to Kruse Wellwood's house in March 2010. She was tied up and sexually assaulted. The two men suffocated her, mutilated her, froze her body, carried it in a bag on a transit bus, doused it with fuel and set her remains on fire.
