Bayou Rising is the first definitive television/online series about life on the Louisiana Bayou. It is centered on the life and times of Bobby Pitre a local icon in bayou country. Bobby and his family have roots extending back to life in the Louisiana marshland. His mother grew up in the marsh, taking a "school boat" to school. Bobby himself has become famous for his tattoo artistry, his outspoken art, his rat rods, surfing and Cajun roots, he is the quintessential Cajun.
