Finally, CenturyLink (NYSE:CTL) calls close out the list at 4.8 times their normal volume on news that the merger with Savvis (NASDAQ:SVVS) was approved by shareholders.Taking a look at the put side of the ledger, Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS) puts are currently trading just under 9 times their average volume after reaction to the acquisition of PopCap Games yesterday was lackluster. Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE:CY) and Altera Corporation (NASDAQ:ALTR) puts are trading at 4 and 3.2 their average volume respectively as investors are bearish on the semiconductor sector today. El Paso Corporation (NYSE:EP) puts are trading over 3 times their average volume after Standard & Poor's lowered their estimates on the company. Finally, Micron Technology (NYSE:MU) puts close out the list at 3 times their average amount.
