Just in time for summer, get your arms in top shape for wearing tank tops and showing off your sculpted and toned shoulders! All you need is a pair of dumbbells 5-10 lbs and get started.   Do all three raises for 10 reps, without rest in between. After you have finished all 3, rest for 1 minute and repeat 2 more times. This video features Stephen Cabral and Sarah Dussault.
